-Working with Diane Welch was fabulous! She listened to what we were looking for and constantly sent us homes to look at on-line. Since we live in CT our situation was a little different. We were not actively looking to purchase a house in AZ but were interested in what was available in the Gold Canyon area. We met with her while we were in Gilbert for one morning and she brought us to our dream retirement home with the first house we saw. Diane was always there ready to answer any questions that arouse during the purchasing process. When we arrived at our new home, Diane left a beautiful basket filled with a variety of much needed products and a much appreciated gift card. We could not have asked for a more caring, thoughtful attentive realtor. Our oldest son is getting ready to possibly relocate to AZ and is working with Diane. He loves her also!
